Good podcast, but the information from Lisa about how affiliates in a state create a nexus is incorrect, it is $xxxx all affiliates in that state not $xxxx from *each* affiliate. So in Connecticut it is $2000 in sales, from Connecticut affiliates as a group, to Connecticut residents. Very difficult for most midsized merchants to calculate and not easy for large companies either!
