Nice show – I think Jeremy must be the only guy I know that was branding himself at 12 years old.

As far as the Icann Universal Rapid Suspension, admittedly I haven't read through all of the material, but my initial reaction is that it's a good thing for companies to protect their trademarks.

It all comes down to the enforcement, and I wouldn't imagine they'll just let rogue affiliates take down sites of others without a real claim to a given trademark.

On the other hand, there are so many domains squatting on typos or leveraging brand names as part of the domain name, and I think it's great if companies can efficiently wipe out these characters.

A lot of folks bring up good points about Icann's URS proposal in the Icann's forums here: http://forum.icann.org/lists/irt-final-report/ Most of comments seem to be against it.

While I can't believe they'd let shady things happen, according to how the information is portrayed in the Final IRT report, it seems that it's bound to do so.

Jeremy's internet marketing guide has gone well so far. I'm pretty much a total affiliate beginner and having no trouble following along. Still a lot of tough work though! Follow my progress at my website.
