Shawn, Internet Success Spider is great, but if you are working cross platform then look at Mozilla+Search Quake — you can do all the same things, plus, you can do them in the browser. I use this plug-in to find prospective advertising channels, plus it highlights rel=nofollow and gives other link feedback not in other tools.
