Online Marketing Crock Pot #24: A Supreme Ending to Affiliate Nexus Tax?

by Lisa Picarille on November 19, 2013

In this episode the Online Marketing Crock Pots co hoists, Lisa Picarille and Todd Farmer, discussed the potential impact if the Supreme Courts decides to hear the Overstock/Amazon case against the State of New York. The decision of which case “the Highest Court in the Land” will take on is to be made on November 26, 2013. If the Supreme Courts does take on this case, it could finally be the end of the industry having to fight ill-conceived Affiliate Nexus Tax laws on a state-by-state basis.

The co-hosts also discussed the wrath and rash of Mother Nature’s storms and applauded decisions by big retailers as well as some affiliates not to work on Thanksgiving Day and instead keep the holiday a day for family, food and thanks.
