Fun show – if only Tricia and I recorded our version during the walk.
As far as the ergonomic stuff, it really helped me to put my monitor on a stand, so that the top was even with my eyes. And I used a track-ball mouse for a while (back to a regular one) and that greatly assisted in my hand feeling better.
Fortunately, I didn’t get the cankles, but I did take off my wedding ring about 8 miles in, because I was worried I’d get too much swelling in my hands. It was safely back on by Monday.
