In this clip we chat with author and speaker, Jeffrey Gitomer. We caught up with Jeffrey at The Art of Marketing Conference in Montreal, where he was speaking about Customer Loyalty and Sales.

In this clip, Jeffrey briefly touches on what makes people buy. Namely, how focusing on what’s in it for them will make for a more appealing value proposition and help build trust with the customer.

He also talks about how there’s no single answer to boosting online sales. Rather, every company is different, with different products and different markets, and each brand has find their own way of engaging their customers, finding out what makes them buy, and how to improve the overall online sales experience for those users.
