Here’s the last bit of video I got out of SMX East 2009. It’s an interview with Bruce Clay, President of Bruce Clay Consulting. In this clip, I asked Bruce about emerging trends in SEM, as well as his thoughts on bing. Bruce offered some insight into how he thinks the economy has changed the way companies are approaching search, and then discussed what he thought were some of the bigger obstacles facing bing.
