This is an interview with Gregg Tilston, the man in charge of SEO & Social Media at FlightCentre.ca. In this interview, Gregg discusses how FlightCentre.ca is using social media in the same way the airline industry uses a hub & spoke system to manage their air traffic. Their blog is the hub, and they use social media sites like Twitter, Flickr, and Digg as spokes to drive traffic back to their blog. I caught up with Gregg at Podcamp Toronto 2010.
