Affiliate Thing Live from ad:tech San Francisco 2009

by Shawn Collins on April 22, 2009

This week on the Affiliate Thing podcast, Shawn Collins and Lisa Picarille teamed up in person to record the show live on audio and a history making videocast from ad:tech San Francisco 2009.

During the show, we were under siege by a group of wild children, a lost cab, and a dive-bombing bird.

Packed crowd at Affiliate Summit Beer Garden

Topics covered included the latest advertising tax issues, monetizing viral video, laptop stickers, Tweetie, and what’s happening at ad:tech.

It was originally meant to be filmed inside, but ad:tech didn't permit it.

Also, I was figuring it would be in the afternoon and we'd have some beers.

So outside with no beers was a handicap, as was the intense glare that prevented seeing my computer screen.
