I love this geekcast thing you have going on here and would love to hear from this blog and Mike and TrishaLyn. Like Mike I love promoting small businesses and encourage bloggers to focus on them.

It took me YEARS to find an ethical affiliate marketing manager who could answer the many questions I have about affiliate marketing best practices for both merchants and affiliates.

Adam is the most honest, hard-working Outsourced Affiliate Manager I have ever found. He even wrote a post about what you should expect from Affiliate Management based on my questions which I hope you don't mind my sharing with your readers.

I doubt that any other OPM would actually do as much recruiting or send out such targeted emails to your affiliates that already include their links so they can simply copy and paste as Adam does. (We work together in one merchants ShareASale account so I see everything he is doing.)

I encourage the merchants I work with to get involved in affiliate marketing and needed someone I could whole-heartedly recommend. Adam is that person. I also use affiliate links myself and work with bloggers who are new to affiliate marketing.

What I consider most important is being ethical in your affiliate marketing. By that I mean that your program keeps out the type of affiliates who steal commissions they have not earned from either merchants or other affiliates and also that affiliate marketers be clear on what they personally recommend and what they are only offering.

I hope to see the days of promoting anything for a buck decline and focus on getting bloggers to promote high quality products and services that their readers are sincerely interested in.
