We stopped doing the triathlon, because it was started as a charity fundraiser, and there was too little participation (we spent about 5x as much renting the stuff to do it as we received in donations).

And the un-keynote never really materialized as we’d hoped – it was intended to be a place for folks to share their take-aways from the conference, but that wasn’t happening.

We’re still brainstorming other things to do.
